Exterior. Basement windows to be replaced, the roof replaced, dormers repaired, and rock added to exposed foundation.
Side Door. Dormer to be repaired. Possibility of larger door.
Basement Door. To be replaced.
Deck. Front wall will be moved forward at the corners to the front rib as seen above. Gap in roof will be filled with tongue in groove planks.
Upstairs bedroom. Possibility of new carpet, new windows, and new paint.
Dining Area. Possibility of new lighting, new carpet, and new furniture.
Front wall. To be replaced with new windows and sliding door and possibility of wall being made flush with center point adding square footage.
Love Pit. To be removed and floor to be made flat. Room to be recarpeted.
Deck Door. To be replaced with one that closes.
The kitchen. Possibility of new counter, bigger window, tile floor, new paint, new range, and cabinet refacing. 
Bedroom 1. Possibility of new windows and new carpet.
Bathroom. Possibility of new vanity, tile floor, and remodeled bathtub.
Stairs. Possibility of replaced wood steps with carpet runner.
Basement. Possibility of removed cabinets, new carpet, new tile entry, new windows, and new paint.
