Don't Panic! Sometimes things have to get worse before they can get better. In order to improve the kitchen and bathroom they had to be destroyed first..
The kitchen is prepped for new cabinets.

We will have the siding here match the front wall.

The shower will no long have the 6 inch shelf digging into your shoulder.

The bathroom floor. It looks in pretty good shape. We now need to fit a slightly larger tub, a toilet and a new vanity/sink.

The toilet seems to be the only thing that was leaking much, and only just a little.
